On Monday April 19th we went to the Chattanooga Zoo with our friends. Ellery had a good time with her friend Kate. The weather was perfect, and the kids enjoyed the animals. Ellery was too scared of the goats in the petting zoo, but she went after their droppings! It was a good first visit to the zoo.

The new van--on March 25th, the same say that their great-grandmother died, we bought a new Mazda 5 van. Ellery likes to hang her head out the window, when the van is parked of course!

Ellery loves to swing, and it has been awhile since I snapped some pics of her in the swing. She is wearing Uncle Brad's hockey team shirt too!

Egg hunt--after naps we hid eggs in the yard. Ellery really got the hang of it and wanted to carry her own bucket. She had a blast, especially eating the chocolate inside. She was furious when we cut her off after two pieces of chocolate.

Putting on a happy face before church...we were able to take some pictures in Easter outfits, and Ellery cooperated pretty well.

Easter morning--Ellery most wanted to see what Elan had from the Easter bunny, but she did like her new Emily train and the food. She wanted the yogurt covered raisins!

Saturday April 3rd-we opened Easter baskets from Noni and Lito the night before Easter. Ellery loved her new gardening tools and checking out all the goodies.

Friday, April 2nd--Ellery wanted to join in on the egg coloring, but she basically just had to watch. Elan just did his first eggs at age three! She did admire them, though.

Silly noses--when Anthony came back from an arborist convention at the end of March, he brought some surprises he got from the trade show. The one that was fun for us all was the red nose. Ellery wouldn't hardly keep hers on, but we tried to snap a picture really quick.
